Rabbit skin glue has excellent flexibility, which
allows its qualities to be used to the full in the
sizing of canvas, glass engraving, and Gesso work.
Dextrines, which are of starch origin, can be used as
a paint extender as well as their primary use as very
good paper to paper adhesive. PVA. Adhesives are used in
a variety of applications and all our acetates are flame
retardant.
We also produce a reversible PVA., which is used
extensively in bookbinding for conservation work. It's
main qualities are that it dries clear, does not yellow,
can be wiped clean and is completely washable and can be
delaminated by just using water.
Pearl and Ground Glue can also be used in a wide
range of applications, from sizing canvas to jointing
scenery framework.
